Quarterly Meeting Postponed

Under normal conditions, the board of directors would meet during the third week of July. However, in light of the coronavirus pandemic, and as there is no pressing need to meet, the President has chosen to postpone the meeting for a later date. The board awaits word on the fate of a grant from the legislature and a loan from the Colonias Infrastructure Board, which will allow it to proceed with construction of improvements. We were awarded both the grant and the loan. However, the state government may decide to reallocate funds, based on the pandemic.
