NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
A special meeting of the Board of Directors of the Vista del Rey Estates Mutual Domestic Water Consumers’ Association is planned for 6 p.m. Tuesday, June 19. The purpose of the meeting is to close out the grant from the Local Government Planning Fund (LGPF) of the New Mexico Finance Authority (NMFA), which provided our association with the ability to seek and acquire a Preliminary Engineering Review (PER), to determine the current status of our water system.
This is necessary in order for NMFA, which has been holding our $50,000 grant, to pay Souder, Miller and Associates (SMA), for work completed on our behalf over the past year. The actual amount charged by SMA was $43,705.18. The remainder reverts to the fund. You will receive an agenda prior to the meeting. However, this notice constitutes the three-day notice for special meetings required by VDRMDWCA’s 2018 Open Meetings Resolution No. 10.
