Memorandum of Understanding Meeting

A meeting to sign a memorandum of understanding with High Valley Farms and the Lower Rio Grande Water Authority has been scheduled for 6 p.m. April 3 at the Lord's Ranch. The purpose of the memorandum is to state that we will work toward an interconnection with High Valley Farms to give or receive emergency relief water, in the event that it is needed.
