The Vista del Rey Mutual Domestic Water Consumers' Association board of directors will meet at The Lord's Ranch at 6 p.m. Oct. 18 (Wednesday). Among the agenda items will be a discussion of the association's grant-funded Preliminary Engineering Report. All members of the association are invited.
